Welcome to IrmAria Solutions. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of irmariasolutions.com (the "Site") operated by IrmAria Solutions LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or our systems
Use any automated means to scrape, crawl, or extract data without our prior written consent
Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation

2. Services

The Site describes our professional services, including custom website development, custom CRM system development, and related consulting. These Terms govern your use of the Site only. Any engagement of our services is governed by a separate written agreement (Master Services Agreement or Statement of Work) signed by both parties. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer to perform services.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, layout, code, and design — is owned by or licensed to IrmAria Solutions LLC and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.

"IrmAria," "IrmAria Solutions," and the IA mark are trademarks of IrmAria Solutions LLC.

4. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to or integrate with third-party services (Calendly, Stripe, Netlify, Zoho, Google, and others). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third parties. Your interactions with them are governed by their own terms and policies.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Information on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. Any reliance you place on such information is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IrmAria Solutions LLC, its members, officers, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
